Questions
Booking questions
- Do I need experience to start Muay Thai?
- No. Fundamentals classes are built for people who have never thrown a kick. You learn stance and guard first, and a coach corrects you round by round.
- What should I bring to my first class?
- Athletic clothes, water, and a towel. We have gloves you can borrow for your first few classes. For yoga, mats and blocks are here for you to use.
- Do you offer yoga as well as martial arts?
- Yes. Vinyasa and recovery yoga run on the same weekly schedule as striking classes, and you can train one, the other, or both.
- Is there a class for my kid?
- Youth Muay Thai covers ages 6 to 13 in a 45 minute class with structured rounds, clear rules and no full-contact work.
- Do you spar in every class?
- No. Sparring is optional and only for members a coach has cleared. Fundamentals and yoga classes involve no sparring at all.
- How do I book a class right now?
- Call or text (562) 396-6857. We take bookings by phone and confirm your spot on the spot.
